1. 피고인 겸 피부착명령청구인(이하 ‘피고인’)은 2010. 7.경 어느 날 17:00경 서울 동작구 C에 있는 피고인의 집에서 피고인의 친아들인 피해자 D(12세)이 친구들과 놀다가 늦게 귀가하였다는 이유로 피해자에게 “왜 늦게 왔냐”라고 소리치면서 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴 등을 수회 때리고, 그 곳에 있던 위험한 물건인 가위(길이 약 20~25cm )를 들어 피해자의 배를 찌를 듯이 피해자에게 들이댔다.

2. 피고인은 2010. 8.경 어느 날 22:00경 피고인의 집에서 그 곳에 있던 위험한 물건인 칼(길이 약 20cm )을 손에 든 채 강아지를 죽이겠다며 때리다가 피고인의 처인 피해자 E(여, 36세)가 이를 말린다는 이유로, 주먹으로 피해자 E의 몸을 수회 때리고 피해자 E를 찌를 듯이 위 칼을 그녀에게 들이댔다.
