The grounds of appeal are examined.

For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted Defendants of all the facts charged in this case on the grounds that there was no proof of the crime.

In light of the records, the above determination by the court below is just and there is no error of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or of misapprehending the legal principles on the interpretation of Articles 108(5)1 and 109(1) of the Public Official Election Act, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
