Around March 2013, the victim D, E, and F agreed to jointly purchase the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City G and H land and build the sublet on the ground of "2014 Highest 1731".
around May 2013, the victim F complied with the above trade agreements.
On April 2013, upon receiving a request from the above E to lend the name of the purchaser of each of the above lands, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer in his/her own name with respect to each of the above lands on May 15, 2013.
Around August 2013, the Defendant received a loan from the victims as collateral each of the above land due to the shortage of the construction cost, and we have to lend the lending under the name of the lending, which is below the credit rating, with the request of the victims, and around August 26, 2013, after receiving a total of KRW 300 million loan from each of the above land as collateral and being transferred to the corporate bank account (I) in his/her own name on September 12, 2013, and then requested the victims to return the above money and request the victims to return it. However, on September 13, 2013, the Defendant embezzled the above money by refusing to return it without justifiable grounds.
