A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From 2006, the defendant was living together with the victim's house as the steering part of the victim B (the victim's name, female, C) and the parents of the victim were living together with the victim's house.

1. At the time of wintering in 2012, the Defendant committed the crime at the Defendant’s residence of Gwangju-si Doe-ho, Gyeonggi-do, and came into the inside of the Defendant after her wife and her husband and wife fighting while under the influence of alcohol. 3. Around 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00 on the day following the date specified in paragraph (2) (15:00), at the front parking lot of the original city in Gangwon-do; (b) the victim, who was located there, was a son, etc. with the victim’s chest and the father, who was frightd.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on three occasions by force against the victim who is a relative of relatives.
