Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 21, 2012, at around 21:26, the Defendant driven B vehicles while under the influence of alcohol content 0.132%, at a distance of about 1.5 km from the flooded intersection near the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon to the roads in front of the same Gu Doma-dong, Doma-dong, B-dong, and then under the influence of alcohol content.

2. The Defendant is engaged in driving of B vehicles in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On November 03, 2012, at around 21:26, the Defendant proceeded at a speed of about 30 to 40km in speed from the Doe-distance to the Doe-distance to the west-gu Doe-do four-lane road in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon.

At that place, there is an intersection where signal lights are installed.

In such cases, the driver of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to confirm whether there is a motor vehicle traveling along the intersection by reducing speed and checking the side well, and to prevent accidents by driving safely according to the traffic signal in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and continues to proceed in violation of the signal while the signal is changed to a stop signal.

The main part of the D vehicle driven by the victim C(41 years of age, n, n) of the victim C(41 years of age, n) was collisioned with the front part of the Defendant's driving.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim and the passenger E (the age of 27, the remaining) of the damaged vehicle due to occupational negligence for about two weeks of medical treatment.
