1. The Defendants amounting to KRW 9,143,508 for each Plaintiff, and KRW 5% per annum from February 1, 2012 to January 7, 2015.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Defendant C is the representative of “F (hereinafter “F”) that produces, processes, and distributes the first call arbalests at the Dong warehouse facilities located in Gyeyang-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-si, and Defendant D actually operates the instant enterprise as his father’s father’s father. Defendant B completed the College Ability Test as a child of Defendant D, and had tried to work at the instant enterprise, and the Plaintiff was employed as an employee of the instant enterprise from September 14, 201.
B. In order to clean a machine tank with a machine tank melting a cream, the instant enterprise shall operate a transport pump emitting a clock tank outside the clock tank with a clock melting the clock tank, and at the same time a person engaged in the work on the wall behind the tank cannot do so.
C.
