Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2013 Highest 550" is a representative of the N Co., Ltd., which is a fund-raising company without permission, who is a person in charge of the management of investment attraction, and the P Co., Ltd. N Co., Ltd. is a company established for the purpose of receiving dividends, recommendation allowances, class allowances, etc. according to the results of attracting investors, which is operated with the structure of receiving subordinated investors' investments, and paying them to senior investors, and thus, it is not actually invested in other businesses but can not be continuously operated if subordinate investors are not continuously recruited.
The defendant recruited investors together with the aboveO, and the N Co., Ltd. has produced video contents such as motion pictures, motion pictures, drama, music, etc. to investors, and has made a false business introduction that is a promising company that will pay profits to mobile phones and Internet users by receiving a fee. The defendant conspireds to attract investments from investors and to acquire them by deceit, although there is no intent or ability to reduce profits from attracting investments from investors.

In collusion with the aboveO on January 10, 201, the Defendant: (a) in the N Co., Ltd. office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul P on January 10, 201; (b) the investor “N” is a company that carries on the business of selling foreign motion pictures with exclusive motion pictures, film and drama, etc.; (c) when investing KRW 280,000 per unit, the Defendant would pay dividends of KRW 480,000 per day from every week to every day every day; and (d) pay a total of KRW 400,000 per day from every week to every four months; and (e) when recruiting subordinate investors, the amount equivalent to 7% of the amount invested by the subordinate investor is paid as a recommendation allowance.
If a subordinate investor recruits another subordinate investor, it shall invest in that subordinate investor.
