1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 49,269,847 for Plaintiff A; (b) KRW 98,539,696 for Plaintiff B; and (c) from August 8, 2015 for each of them.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. Around June 28, 2011, Plaintiff A lent KRW 20 million to the Defendant at an interest rate of 2.5% per month, but among them, Plaintiff A was not paid the remainder of the principal and interest upon receiving interest payment of KRW 7,743,851 on April 27, 2014.
B. Around June 28, 2011, Plaintiff B lent KRW 40 million to the Defendant at an interest rate of 2.5% per month, but among them, Plaintiff B was not paid the remainder of the principal and interest by receiving interest payment of KRW 15,487,701 on April 27, 2014.
