Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person driving a Lesto or car. A.

On May 29, 2014, the defendant driving the above vehicle at around 05:45 on May 29, 2014, and driving it in the two-lanes of the two-lane, one of the two-lanes of the visible distance from the front side of the bus stop in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.

Although the driver of a vehicle has a duty of care to keep the accident from a smoke, the defendant neglected to do so while moving the vehicle to a road after shocking the fire hydrants installed in India by negligence of violating the duty of safe driving, and moving the vehicle to the road while moving the vehicle into the road, the driver of the vehicle did not take any measure despite the damage of approximately KRW 763,150 on the right side of the victim C driving which the defendant stopped at the front left side of the vehicle while driving the vehicle.

Around 05:45 on May 29, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a maximum of 0.142% of alcohol content, and the Defendant driven the said Ba or the said B vehicle at a section of about 200 meters from the Do in front of the Ulsan-gu Seoul Yongsandong to the front of the visible Tridong street.
