1. The defendant shall pay 30 million won to the plaintiff and 25% per annum from February 1, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

After the Defendant borrowed KRW 30 million from the Plaintiff on August 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) on July 24, 2016, the maturity date of the said loan; (b) the interest rate of KRW 2.5 million per annum (30% per annum); and (c) on the above loan, the interest rate of KRW 20 million may be determined on the seventh day of each month; and (d) the remaining interest rate of KRW 10 million on the 24th day of each month; or (e) the purport of each pleading in the evidence No. 1 and No. 2, and the Plaintiff was paid interest by January 31, 2016. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the interest rate of KRW 30 million and the interest rate of KRW 25% per annum within the scope of the agreed interest rate set forth in the Interest Limitation Act from February 1, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
