Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 14:15, in front of the “C” located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City, the transportation administration of the Geum-gu Office and the victim D (30 years of age) who is a public official, obstructed the legitimate performance of duties related to the duty of regulating illegal parking and stopping of public officials; (b) at the same time, the Defendant placed the victim’s hand on the right-side base in need of medical treatment for 14 days.
