A. On July 5, 2012, the Plaintiff entered the Republic of Korea with the status of stay of short-term comprehensive (C-3) status on July 5, 2012, and applied for the recognition of refugee to the Defendant on August 21, 2012.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

가. 원고의 주장 원고는 말링케(Malinke)족임에도 원고의 아버지 B의 정치적 성향에 영향을 받아 2009년경부터 뻘(Peul)족이 주축이 된 기니민주세력연합(Union des Forces Democratiques de Guinee, 이하 ‘UFDG’라 한다)을 지지하며 키소소(Kissosso) 지역의 UFDG 청년리더로 활동하였고, 다른 청년리더들과 함께 당원들을 데리고 UFDG가 개최하는 반정부 시위 등에 참가하였다.

기니에서는 종전에도 말링케족과 뻘족, UFDG와 기니인민단합당(Rassemblement de Peuple Guineen, 이하 ‘RPG’라 한다) 사이의 갈등이 심했었는데, 2010년 말링케족으로 RPG 출신인 C(C, 이하 ‘C’라 한다)가 대통령으로 당선된 후 그 갈등이 더욱 심해졌다.
