A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

An applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 29, 2020, the singinging employee in the name of the fraud assistance assumes the EF by calls from the victim D at an irregular place, and falsely expresses that “I would make a loan. I will make a mobile phone,” and thereafter, another singing employee in the name of a third party assumes the victim by telephone to the victim and assumes the user, and is a breach of a contract if I receive a loan from the other company under the circumstances where I would like to obtain a loan from the other company. In other words, I would be bound if I would be erroneous. I will send the employee. I will pay a loan to us.”

On the other hand, the Defendant: (a) received an order from a person who assumes the name scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam scam or cash, and (b) received an order to transfer the victim to a designated account; (c) around July 29, 2020, the Defendant acted as if the victim was in front of the H apartment in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and received 5.3 million won from the victim as a repayment for the loan; and (d) delivered the money by means of receiving the money

As a result, when the defendant commits the fraud by deceiving 5.3 million won from the victim, the defendant received the damaged money and delivered it to the above assistant through the deposit without passbook.
