On August 19, 2013, around 03:10 on August 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) carried a dog 2 box located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, 139-1; (b) took a bath without any particular reason; and (c) neglected the police officer’s words of the police officer who gets home and sing back several times; and (d) took an action of disturbance for revocation within the government office.
