A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. Around 04:00 on November 22, 2009, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and the Protection, etc. of Victims (Indecent Acts at Public Smuggling Places) brought the victim’s chest on the same hand in the middle of the victim J (Y, 33 years old) who had danced at the stage while many customers drink and dance together with the same fees in a situation where multiple customers are danced.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in a densely concentrated place.

2. At the time and place of the above Paragraph 1, the injured Defendant got the face from the victim due to the crime described in the above Paragraph 1, and saw the victim outside of the stage of diving, and again saw the victim's face part once a week by drinking to the victim, breaking the victim's head head debt by driving away from the defendant, and putting the victim's chest part once by drinking.

As a result, the defendant put the victim on a 21-day sprink, which requires treatment for about 21 days.

3. Around December 15, 2009, the Defendant filed a false complaint with the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul and the office of one criminal team in Gangnam-gu, Seoul and the office of the defendant, and submitted a complaint with the purport that “In spite of the absence of the fact that the complainant A committed an indecent act with the Defendant’s care at the Defendant’s station, the senior judicial police officer in charge of the above case, the Defendant filed a false complaint with the Gangnam Police Station that “the complainant committed indecent act with the Defendant’s care at the first week located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, without the Defendant’s care at the Defendant’s station, at around November 22, 2009, the Defendant filed a false complaint to the effect that “the Defendant committed indecent act with the Defendant’s care at the Defendant’s station located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.”

However, at around 04:00 on Nov. 22, 2009, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force by moving the chest of J, which was danced at the stage of the Iju shop located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in both hands.

In this respect, the defendant is trying to get the JJ criminal punishment.
