A defendant shall be punished by 6 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles;

On March 14, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a speed that is difficult to drive normally due to the influence of alcohol 0.136% of the blood alcohol concentration at around 19:50 minutes and operated the said vehicle at the speed of the city in accordance with the speed of one of the four lanes in the direction of the Gu, the Ganpo-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
