Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person in charge of E duties while working in the support for the south of the National Species Resources, which is located in 1194 as a smuggling in the Hamyeong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gu.

As a national agency established for the production and distribution of superior seeds, the National Seed Institute purchased agricultural products through a contract cultivation with a farmer, and supplied them to a farmer with good seeds, and sells remaining by-products through a public sale. However, in the whole support of the national seed resources, the National Seed Institute managed agricultural products suitable for seeds in proportion to a certain degree in the process of determining agricultural products purchased from a farmer in the whole area of the national seed, without actually managing how the stock quantity of seeds and by-products in a warehouse is, but only on the document, it was possible for public officials in charge of F to individually sell the seeds and by-products by manipulating the fixed rate and the stock quantity in the document.

On January 15, 2011, the Defendant arbitrarily sold 200 g of rice seeds to G and deposited 321,800 won in the Defendant’s agricultural bank account (H) while refining rice products purchased in a farming household with the entire support for all seed resources.

Accordingly, the Defendant embezzled seeds worth KRW 321,80,00 owned by the injured party in the Republic of Korea, from that time to that time, and embezzled seeds worth KRW 9,385,240, totaling 14 times by March 4, 2014, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.
