On August 13, 2017, at around 19:30, 2017, the Defendant driven a car for Cone Star without a motor vehicle driver's license in a section of approximately 1km from the Doducheon-ro, 228, Doducheon-ro, Doducheon-ro, 296, Doducheon-ro, Doducheon-ro, 296.
