Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2015, around 00:30 on May 12, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the E-wing part of the D District Police Station D District, which was dispatched upon receipt of a report, to verify personal identification by the slope E belonging to the said D District E, who was in contact with the c cafeteria located in Daegu Northern-gu B, Daegu, and was in contact with the c cafeteria.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of official duties concerning the dispatch of a police officer's report.
