Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On October 6, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car on the 21:05th day of October, 2014, and driven the two-lane road in front of the cafeteria 85, which is the Hansi University of Jeju, along with the two-lane road from the side of the cafeteria apartment.

In this case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents and safely drive the motor vehicle by accurately manipulating the steering gear, such as whether the driver of the motor vehicle is a pedestrian or not.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received the victim C (the age of 38) who was standing on the said passenger crossing due to negligence while neglecting this, from the front part of the said passenger vehicle, and suffered injury to the victim, such as brain-dead, which does not have two open situations requiring approximately seven weeks medical treatment.
