1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 220,00,000 as well as 24% per annum from October 14, 2014 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff indicated the claim shall grant a loan to the Defendant as KRW 50 million on September 25, 2014, KRW 50 million on September 29, 2014, KRW 50 million on September 29, 2014, KRW 50 million on October 10, 2014, KRW 220 million on October 7, 2014, KRW 70 million on October 14, 2014, KRW 24 million on a yearly interest rate, and KRW 5,00 on October 5, 2015, but the Defendant did not pay this amount.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 24% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate from October 14, 2014 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.
2. Article 208 (3) 1, and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act to which the same Act applies;
