1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won;

Punishment of the crime

1. Indecent acts in the public densely-populated place (2017 high group 3849) the Defendant, from around 05:20 on June 26, 2017 to around 06:40, 2017, was placed on the side of the victim D (the age of 18) who was divingd on the eightth floor of the building B in Bupyeong-si B from around 05:20 on June 26, 2017, caused the victim’s left side buckbucks, and contacted the victim’s sexual organ on the part of the buckbucks.

In this respect, the Defendant committed an indecent act in a densely concentrated place.

2. A thief (2017 Highestest 6294) Defendant: (a) opened a stief, which was parked by the victim F, in an apartment apartment parking lot located in Busan-gu Busan-gu, Busan-do, on October 16, 2017; and (b) was in transit of the street within the said apartment parking lot.
