A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[2014Kadan6707] On December 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a door from E in which the victim D in Daegu Suwon-gu Suwon-gu was well known, and opened a door to a legal party that did not correct any gaps in the surrounding area; and (b) cut off KRW 2.5 million in cash owned by the victim D in the following order:33 on December 10, 2014.

[2015 Godan49] On March 3, 2014, the Defendant purchased stolen goods at KRW 1,000,000,000, even though he/she was aware of the fact that the Defendant, in front of “G” located near “G” in the Seogu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu.

1. From June 2014 to July 2014 of the same year, the Defendant acquired stolen property by being aware of the fact that a driver’s license owned by the injured party J is a stolen, from a person who was unaware of his/her name, in the vicinity of Daegu-gu, Nam-gu.

2. The Defendant used the above acquired J’s driver’s license to rent a vehicle in the name of J. Ga.

On July 30, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the (ju) LL office located in Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant, using black fences on the vehicle lease contract form, stated “J”, “M” in the resident number column, “N” in the resident number column, “N”, and “J” to the 1st driver column; (b) forged one copy of the vehicle lease contract under the name of J, which is a private document concerning the rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising the signature and seal on the name of the proprietor and the 1st driver column; and (c) submitted it to the employee in charge of false name, who is aware of the forgery.

B. On October 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) indicated in P located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as “J”, “N” in the name column, “M” in the resident number column, and “J” in the lessee column, and then signed and exercised his/her name.
