A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 16, 2016, at around 23:40, the Defendant received 70,000 won in cash from the police officer who pretended to be a customer in Incheon Gyeyang-gu B B 2 “C,” in return for sexual traffic, and had employees E (V, 45 years of age) engage in a similar behavior called “Handb service” to the above police officer, as well as having them do the similar behavior over about 10 times from around December 2015 to the above day.

2. The Defendant committed a second offense even three times prior to the same fine history, and subsequently, committed the instant crime at the same place as that of one of them (Seoul District Court 2015 High Court 2015 High Court 919) and thus, sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor.

However, the term of punishment shall be determined in consideration of the fact that it mediates similar behavior, that the defendant recognizes and reflects the crime, and that there is only fine history, and the execution of the sentence shall be suspended.

In addition, in order to prevent recidivism, a social service order is given to the defendant.
