A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a “D” building managed by the Victim C in Heung-gu, Sung-gu, Sungdong-gu; (b) opened a window not locked by a male toilet on the first floor, destroyed and damaged; and (c) intruded into the following: (a) carried and stolen a swine plos amounting to KRW 13,00 in cash; and (b) infringed upon the structure managed by the victims over 11 times in total, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form, and attempted to steals or steals property amounting to KRW 414,400 in total market value.
