The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

From January 1, 2013, the Defendant served as the chairperson of the Gangnam-gu Seoul apartment complex 2 (hereinafter referred to as “C apartment complex”) occupant representative meeting, and D served as the director of the C apartment management office from September 17, 2012 to November 16, 2014.

1. Around April 15, 2014, the Defendant altered a private document, in the office of the representative meeting of occupants of C apartment units, prepared the meeting minutes of the representative meeting of occupants together with the representatives of occupants, and ten representatives of C apartment units affixed their signatures and seals on the meeting minutes.

The Defendant, through D around July 1, 2014, kept minutes of a meeting at the apartment management office of apartment C via D, and without the consent of Dong Representative E, F, G, H, and I, “1. Items of a waterproof Construction Work” column for minutes to D.

Around July 1, 2014, at the C Apartment Management Office’s meeting minutes, written an additional statement stating that “If one company has all pages with the ability to perform construction work, it shall be deemed that a multiple contract is made,” and D additionally written the above phrase with the string of test seals, as the Defendant’s instruction.

Accordingly, the defendant modified the minutes of the meeting of the tenant representative meeting on April 15, 2014 in the name of E, F, G, H, and I, a private document on the proof of facts, in collusion with D, for the purpose of uttering.

2. On July 1, 2014, the Defendant, in collusion with D, kept and exercised the minutes of the occupants’ representative meeting prepared by C Apartment Management Office as if they were duly formed.
