Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for violating the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Suwon Friwon method, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 10, 2017.

1. On April 29, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a B car over about 500 meters from the front of the Suwon Hospital at the time of Suwon Hospital at the time of Suwon-si to the front of the Sung-si Hospital at the time of Suwon Hospital at the time of Suwon-si, which was around 165, on April 29, 2017 without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, without purchasing mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, driving the said B car.
