Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Since the Defendant was registered as a person with bad credit standing and was unable to issue a credit card under the name of the Defendant, while using a new card in the name of B and a passbook in the name of B with the consent of the Defendant and using a passbook in the name of B and a passbook in the name of the National Bank, the Defendant was able to arbitrarily use the card in the name
1. Fraud - The Defendant, on May 2, 2008, obtained a new card in B’s name from the victim and acquired it from the victim on May 7, 2008, by telephone to an employee in distress who works for the new card customer service team of the new bank that is the victim, and by suggesting B’s resident registration number, etc. in his/her name.
