"2013 Highest 7395"

1. On August 31, 2013, at around 04:00, the Defendant opened a door that was not corrected in the outer office in the “Dive Marart” operated by the victim C in the second floor of the building B in Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, and cut off all CCTVs. The Defendant: (a) opened a plastic bag in the warehouse of the goods loaded in the Maart and intruded up to the store; and (b) stolen money, 90,000 won, which is a cash owned by the victim, who was in custody in the Matter.

At around 03:00 on September 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a vinyl of a warehouse that loads marine goods from the “DD”, and intrudes into the store inside and outside of the store; and (b) stolen 2.50,000 won in cash, which was the victim’s possession while being kept in the yard, with the victim’s possession.

1.
