Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 28, 2014, at around 23:55, the Defendant advertised to attract people to buy sex, such as the distribution of strings, in front of G&G Dokdong, with a studio indicating male sexual organ on the road located in G&G Doksandong, and a strings, with a bronphone number marked, and a bronphone indicating female sexual organ, with a photograph and telephone number displayed.
