Punishment of the crime

Defendant

On June 29, 2012, A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties in this court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 1, 2013.

On September 24, 2012, at KRW 19:00, the Defendants conspired to obtain insurance proceeds by intentionally using an accident in front of the “G” located in Suwon-gu F, Suwon-si, and Defendant A’s Hrocketing car is driving along with the vehicle on the road, and then parked the vehicle on the side of the road while driving the vehicle on the counter-party vehicle that would cause the accident while driving the vehicle on the side of the road.

On the other hand, the change of the four lanes in order to make a right-hand, and the defendant A's operation started the above rocketing car and caused an accident intentionally.

As above, although the Defendants intentionally caused an accident, they received insurance proceeds after receiving hospital treatment as if the accident occurred, and then received 1,00,000 won from the victim more damage insurance company as agreed money to Defendant A. The above victims paid 4,56,700 won of the medical expenses of Defendant A from the victim more damage insurance company, and received 1,650,000 won from Defendant B as agreed money, and 1,650,000 won for Defendant C as agreed money. The above victims received 50,000 won of the medical expenses of Defendant B, 50,000 won of the vehicle repair expenses of Defendant C, 549,70 won of the vehicle repair expenses of the above victims from August 12, 2012 to December 12, 2012, the Defendants acquired 6,50,000 won of the above victims from Defendant C through the annexed list No. 365,25,000 won of the crime, as shown in the annexed list No. C.
