Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The suspect is a person who mainly produces gold-type parts with the trade name of "D" in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si.

A person who intends to install and operate discharging facilities of wastewater discharged from at least 0.1 cubic meters of wastewater per day from which specific water quality harmful substances or heavy metals are not included shall file a report on the installation thereof with the competent administrative agency.

Nevertheless, the suspect, from May 2012 to July 6, 2016, mainly produced gold-type parts at the same place of business and installed and operated wastewater storage facilities, which are wastewater reuse facilities from 0.336 cubic meters (0.196 cubic meters, 0.1 cubic meters, 0.04 cubic meters, 0.04 cubic meters), which are wastewater reuse facilities from 0.196 cubic meters, without reporting the installation of wastewater discharge facilities.
