A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On September 23, 2011, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Central District Court on September 23, 201, and on March 14, 201, the Chuncheon District Court issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same crime, and has the record of being punished for drinking driving more than twice.

On March 23, 2019, at around 20:35, the Defendant driven a c bomb golf car in the state of alcohol with approximately 600 meters alcohol concentration of 0.097% from the 600-meter section prior to the National Road No. 56, which was located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do 10 Scam-do.

The punishment as ordered shall be determined by taking into account the various sentencing conditions shown in the pleadings of this case, such as the reason of sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act, the blood alcohol concentration, driving distance, the same criminal records, and the defendant's mistake.
