Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 17, 2014, at around 01:41, the Defendant: (a) reported on the 112 report that drinking alcohol is being performed at the “Cnoman's shop located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and that it is being performed at the time of drinking and unpaid drinking prices; (b) the police officer, who was the victim at the Busan Dong-gu Police Station D box, called the scene, was aware of the on-site situation and asked the Defendant to pay the drinking value; and (c) the police officer, who requested the victim to present identification cards to confirm his identity, “in case where the police officer requests to show his identification cards, I will write his mother and child by using his uniform, and if the police officer requests to change his identification cards, I will write off the victim’s insulting, such as the police officer, etc. who was on duty with F, the main shop located in the above week.”
