Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2016, around 11:40 on March 29, 2016, the Defendant boarded a private taxi operated by the victim E in the area of Suwon-gu, Busan, and arrived at the front of the Busan National Police Station located in the area of the Busan National Police Station, the destination of which was located.

However, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the fare even if he uses the taxi as above.

The defendant acquired property benefits equivalent to 5,900 won from the victim.
