Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving in the amount of K5 cars.

On August 17, 2013, at around 04:22, the Defendant: (a) while driving the 53-16-way road in the reverse village of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City at the entrance of the Seocho-gu Hospital, the Defendant is required to safely drive the front gate by checking well the front gate while driving the front gate at the entrance of the Seo-gu Hospital; and (b) by negligence, the lower part of the left gate part of the victim C-owned D 130 vehicle that was parked on the right side of the road in the direction of progress is collected from the front gate of the said vehicle and damaged the repair cost of KRW 7,049,926; and (c) due to the shock, the damaged vehicle received the front gate column of the damaged vehicle owned by the victim E (year 61) in front of the upper right side of the damaged vehicle; and (d) did not take necessary measures after the accident.
