Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that the Defendants were guilty of the instant facts charged (excluding the portion without charge) on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the violation of the Labor Standards Act due to the failure to pay advance payment of dismissal

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
