Punishment of the crime

1. Special larceny;
A. Accordingly, the defendant stolen another's property together with C.
B. At around 02:45 on the same day, the Defendant requested the victim to change the drinking value with a woman whose name is unknown, and received one cash card (H) from the victim. At the victim's home where he was under the influence of alcohol with C, the Defendant continued to take one card (I) and a new card (J) owned by the victim. At around 03:25 on the same day, the Defendant arrived at the name of a corporate bank located in 383, Ma-dong, Masan-dong, Mari-dong, Mari-si, Mari-si, Mari-si, Mari-si, Mari-si.
C is about 11 minutes from around 03:23 on the same day.
