A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person with no certain occupation, and C was elected as a member of the 7th Session D Council (drawing from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2018), and was in charge of deliberation, resolution, etc. on various proposals related to construction projects, including urban planning projects, promoted under D while working under the Industrial Construction Committee (d July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2016).

D Council Industrial Construction Committee shall be in charge of handling agenda and petition review, etc. on matters under the jurisdiction of regional development bureau, agricultural technology center, water service center, vehicle registration office, sports facilities office, facility management office, and facility management office (Article 3 of the D Council Ordinance of the Committee), and C shall have jurisdiction over the urban planning department (affiliated with the regional development department) in charge of the designation and cancellation of the site for automobile depots under the jurisdiction of the Industrial Construction Committee (from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2016). The Defendant, around March 4, 2015, from D’s activities as a licensed real estate agent assistant from D’s designated site for the urban planning project from D to D’s designated site as the site for automobile depots, around July 3, 1985, which was designated as the site for the urban planning project from D, and around July 125, 1985, which was established by the representative director of the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the long-term non-permanent apartment construction facility, which was not implemented.

1. On April 2015, the Defendant, as a member of the Committee for Industrial Construction of D from E, listens to the speech that the said site may be cancelled if he/she extends to C with the authority to deliberate and resolve on the cancellation of long-term non-execution facilities managed by D, and requests C to cancel the designation of the said site through E around May 2015, the Defendant would be released from C to July of this year.
