1. The Defendants are each indicated in the annexed Form No. 8, 9, 12, 13, 3, 15, 16, 17, and 8 on the ground of 69 square meters in the field of Pakistan to the designated parties E.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Appointed E is an owner who completed the registration of ownership transfer on January 7, 2008 with respect to F.69 square meters and the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) with respect to G large scale 99 square meters on January 9, 2008.
B. The Defendants own each 1/2 share of the ground buildings, i.e., separate drawings and subordinate statutes.
The plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the appointed party (hereinafter "the plaintiff") filed a lawsuit against the defendant C seeking the removal of each building of this case and the payment of rent from the Jibu District Court High Court 2008da7980. On February 13, 2009, the part of the claim filed by the defendants for removal as the legal superficies under the customary law was dismissed on the land of this case. However, with respect to land rent, the defendant C paid to the appointed party 1,601,200 won for land rent from January 7, 2008 to August 21, 2008, for delay damages, from August 22, 2008 to August 21, 2008, to the termination of the possession of the land of this case and the portion other than the above possession, or until the appointed party loses the ownership of the land from August 21, 2005 to the expiration of the ownership of the land of 100 won to 201.208.1.208
C. In addition, the Plaintiffs also filed a lawsuit against Defendant D for payment of land rent as the High Government District Court Decision 2014Ga62841, and the said court on December 19, 2014, Defendant D paid to the appointed party KRW 13,280,40 for land rent from January 7, 2008 to March 21, 2014, and delay damages therefor, and the amount of money calculated at the rate of KRW 214,200 for each month from March 22, 2014 to the termination of the possession of the site including the instant part or the loss of the appointed party E’s ownership, and the amount of money calculated at the rate of KRW 214,20 for each month from January 9, 2008 to March 21, 2014 from March 21, 2014 to the date of the said decision.
