The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and the evidence duly admitted, the lower court was justifiable to have convicted of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on political party act and expectation, or omitting judgment.

In addition, the argument that there is an error in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the specification of facts charged in the judgment of the court below is not a legitimate ground for appeal as it is asserted by the defendant only for the first time in the appeal to the court of final appeal that the court below

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
