A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Including Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts (the brokerage, etc. of commercial sex acts) (the defendant is a person who operates a commercial sex acts establishment on the fourth floor of the building in the Cheongju-si. B.

Nevertheless, from June 22, 2017 to July 6, 2017, the Defendant employed a foreigner who does not have the status of stay by employing D of the nationality of the mother who did not have the status of stay to engage in job-seeking activities at the same place as the written in paragraph 1 and paying 40,000 won in return for sexual intercourse with male customers.
