1. The Plaintiff:
A. Of K-road 301 square meters in Gwangju-si, H, Defendant’s successor, indicated in the attached Form No. 11, 12, 13, 23, 22.
Reasons
1. Determination as to the cause of claim
A. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or are acknowledged based on Gap evidence 1-1-7, Gap evidence 2-2, Eul evidence 3-1, 2-2, Eul evidence 6-2, Gap evidence 3-1, 2-2, and appraiser's market price appraisal results in this court's measurement and appraisal results for the Korea Land Information Corporation.
1) Defendant H owns each of the above ground buildings owned by M, Defendant C, N, Defendant J, P, Defendant C, and R, respectively. Defendant H owns 301 square meters away from each of the above buildings (hereinafter “instant road”).
The Defendant’s successor (hereinafter “Defendant”) is only the Defendant’s successor.
(2) From February 26, 2018 to 11, 12, 13, 22, and 11, H. H. 2: (a) installed a 24-lane connected to each point of the 10, 11, 22, 21, and 10 of the attached Table 10 to 27: (b) installed a 20-meter of the above 20-meter of the building; (c) Defendant J. 15-meter connected each point of 10, 11, 21, 21, and 10; (d) Defendant J. 2, from October 17, 2017 to 20-meter of the above 27-meter of the building; and (d) installed a 14-meter of the previous 20-meter of the building; and (e) installed a 17-meter connected each of the above 14-meter of the building to 25-meter of the building; (e.g., 15-meter of the two.
