1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 49,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 25, 2014 to the day of full payment.

According to the purport of subparagraph 2, subparagraph 3-2, and subparagraph 3-2, and the entire pleadings, the Plaintiff entered into a construction subcontract with the Defendant on June 10, 2014 to supply and demand the electricity fire-fighting construction cost of KRW 220,00,000 among the new construction works of Pyeongtaek-si A and entered into a construction subcontract with the Defendant on June 10, 2014, and the Defendant completed a new construction work and completed it at the construction site. ② The Defendant’s on-site director B confirmed that the amount of the electricity fire-fighting construction cost to the Plaintiff is KRW 49,50,000,00.

2. According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the construction price of KRW 49,50,000 and delay damages at the rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 25, 2014 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case.

3. Accordingly, the plaintiff's claim is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
