A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:30 on June 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was on the national highway No. 75 of Pyeongtaek-gun, Pyeong-gun, Pyeong-gun; (b) on the 35th day of the Gyeonggi Gamba car operated by the Defendant, the Defendant was arrested by a female; (c) explained the relationship between the Defendant and the Defendant to E, F, F, and F, who was a police officer belonging to the Gyeonggi Gam Police Station D box called up after having received a false 12 report; and (d) instructed that the Defendant was a wrong 12 report, the Defendant refused to comply with the above F, who was required to check the drinking alcohol driving of the said B, and “I wish to die, I will do so.” On his hand, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s performance of duties by assaulting the F’s chest at one time after having pushed the f’s breast at one time, and assaulting the f’s chest at one time.
