Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2015, at around 00:20, the Defendant obstructed the operation of the victim’s business by force of about 10 minutes, such as “D” operated by the victim C in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, for the reason that the victim refused to sell alcohol to the Defendant and reported the Defendant’s failure to do so, the Defendant randddd and 2 bottled on the floor, and caused the passengers in a tent installed on the upper corner of the above knick, and caused the victim to fright up, and interfered with the victim’s business operation by force of about 10 minutes.
