Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 6, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim C, stating, “The Defendant is proceeding with the wedding business from among the sloping doors, and is scheduled to carry out the wedding business with 51% equity interest.” On June 2014, the Defendant was scheduled to complete the wedding hall, and the Defendant would delegate the right to take photographs in the wedding hall and to take photographs to the victim C, if he/she is the down payment.”

However, the defendant was a person who has no authority at all over the wedding business of spawn Jin-Jin, and there was no interest in the wedding business of spawn-Jin-Jin-Jin-Jin-Jin-Jin-Jin-Jin-Jin-Jin

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 10 million from the victim to the new bank account in the name of the Defendant D under the name of the Defendant’s right to operate the wabs.
