A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

No person shall trade or smoke marijuana.

1. On July 9, 2014, around 10:55, the Defendant: (a) deposited KRW 4.50,00 for the purchase price for marijuana into the E account of the Korean bank of the D name known to C, and (b) deposited KRW 4.50,00 in the name of the purchase price for marijuana; (c) on the 10th of the same month of the same month, the Defendant purchased it by a method of finding approximately 3g of marijuana sent by the name-free winners at a bus terminal of Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Seoul, and traded it

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On June 20, 2014, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way of smoking with C by attaching a fire to marijuana tobacco created by 0.5g in the Republic of Korea, 0.5g, rollering peds, at the residence of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F and 201 C.

B. On July 11, 2014, the Defendant smoked twice in the above manner, namely, approximately 0.5g of marijuana, via C, at the residence of the above C, by the said method.

On July 17, 2014, the Defendant smoked twice in the above C’s residence with approximately 0.5g 0.5g mariana C, using the foregoing method.

(d)

On July 29, 2014, the Defendant smoked twice in the above C’s residence with approximately 0.5g of marijuana C, using the foregoing method.

E. On September 20, 2014, the Defendant smoked in a way that, by attaching a fire to marijuana tobacco produced by 1g of marijuana at the Doghn University of the U.S. A. S. D. S. M., M. S. S. S. S. S. T. T. B. L., which was made by rolling 1g of marijuana at the East Asia’s University.
