1. 특수협박 피고인은 2016. 10. 27. 19:40경 서울 성북구 C, 1층에 있는 ‘D 주점’에서, 소지하고 있던 위험한 물건인 식칼(칼날길이 20cm)을 테이블 위에 올려놓고 맥주를 주문한 후 이유 없이 다른 테이블에 앉아 있던 피해자 E(36세)에게 “뭘 쳐다봐 이 새끼야”라고 욕설을 하면서 위 식칼을 손에 들고 피해자를 향해 찌를 듯이 휘둘렀다.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

2. 공용물건손상 피고인은 2016. 10. 27. 20:30경 서울 성북구 화랑로32가길 20에 있는 석관파출소 조사실에서, 제1항 기재 혐의에 대하여 조사를 받던 중 경찰관들을 향해 “목을 따버리겠다”라고 소리치며 조사실에 놓인 책상 칸막이를 여러 차례 발로 차 움푹 패게 하였다.
