Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 8, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that the Defendant would send the game money to the victim C (Nam, 22 years of age) through a game conversation room by accessing the Internet game B server at a scam room where the name of the road is unknown, which is less than the government of the games at around 21:30 on June 8, 2019.

However, the Defendant had no intention or ability to sell game money from the beginning.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 100,00 from the victim to the businessD (E) account.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
